Terms & Conditions

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and software on the betonred platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, games, and code, are the exclusive intellectual property of betonred or its licensors. Users are prohibited from:

  • Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content without prior written permission from betonred.
  • Using betonred's intellectual property for commercial purposes or third-party benefits.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from the software used on betonred's platform.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data Protection

By using betonred, Users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of data necessary for account management, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

Changes to Terms

Betonred reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by one or more of the following methods:

  • Email communication sent to the registered User email address.
  • Displayed banner notifications upon logging into the betonred site.

Continued use of betonred following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If Users do not agree to the changes, they must discontinue accessing the platform and may close their accounts.

Termination & Suspension

Betonred may suspend or terminate User accounts under the following grounds and conditions:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of betonred's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Ontario. Betonred and the User agree to attempts to resolve disputes amicably; however, unresolved matters may be submitted to arbitration or legal proceedings at betonred's discretion.
